Can not select or setup a shipping method was created by Jonathan Ross
Hello, I am using Easyshop1.4.1 and would like to setup a shipping method.

When I try to do this, I get the following message -
"Message
Please select a method below"

The problem is, there is no method below to select.
How can I overcome this and setup a shipping method?
