We are not liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. JoomTech does not guarantee the products in any manner. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of Joomla!®. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party templates, themes, plugins, components, modules, scripts, applications or any other products.
3. REFUND POLICY
Refund is requested within 14 days of purchase if your issues can not be resolved by us as well as our product is not functioning or displaying like we advertised, or either broken after installation. If the products have broken by any 3RD extensions, we will help you fix them after we received some support tickets from your valid membership account, this mean the refund is not acceptable.
The refund is not acceptable if you change your mind and want money back or you think the products don't suit your need or your webhost doesn’t meet the requirements of Joomla! and System Requirements of Joomtech.
4. SUPPORT POLICY
All JoomTech's paid users can use dedicated forum and our ticket system. After logged in via your account, go to My Account and find the TICKET URL to manage your tickets. For free users, we provide a community forum to discuss with other users.
You can install and use JoomTech's products with many domains. However support is only given to one of domains after we have received the first ticket from you.We are only support via our Ticket System and We're not support:
- Adding new feature
- Changing the current feature
- Layout overhauls to match your current template
- No support via email, phone, mobile or skype.
5. PRODUCT DELIVERY
After successfully receiving your payment and your account was accepted to download the products (files). Go to My Account and find the MY FILES URL in the navigation to get any released products
