problem with exchanging pictures of the products was created by Fred O.
Hi,
I have a problem exchanging pictures of the products.
I can not upload pictures in the backend under "Media". The error message appears: "Directory [imagesprodukte] not exists.
And under "Edit product" is also this message.
What can I do?

Can you provide some your site details:
1. Joomla! version?
2. EasyShop version?
3. Directory /media/com_easyshop is writable?
4. Any screen captures?

Hi,
Uploading images only works in the root folder. When I create a subfolder (for example, products), the subfolder is created, but I can not save the images to the subfolder.
Is it actually correct if the images are stored in this folder on the server?
.... / media / com_easyshop / assets / images
maybe this path would be correct:
... / media / com_easyshop / images
or I set the path in the easyshop backend / options before myself? Then you can save the images in the Biderordner of joomla?

Please give me some screen captures, and what is the EasyShop version on your site?.
When you create a subfolder you have to click on it to get the current path, aren't you?
