State dropdown not functioning

State dropdown not functioning was created by Jonathan Ross
Hello, I have an installation at brunycommunity.com/tcws/index.php/show-cart/checkout where the state dropdown does not autofill after a country is selected.
I have made sure all zones are published and tried doing a re-install of Easyshop1.4.1
Any ideas how to get this working?

Thanks but what does that mean? How do I restore or install the jquery? Is it a plugin?
