No images in mediamanger and media

No images in mediamanger and media was created by Oliver Schulte
I installed the free version of easyshop on a freshly installed joomla 3.9.14 and I can't see images on the media tab and in the mediamanager. Why?

Maybe your Win host conflict with EasyShop. Try to copt the default_body.php from the attachment to /administrator/components/com_easyshop/templates/default/media/default_body.php

Thank you. I replaced the php as you said but the images are still not visible. It seems, that easyshop does not work on a windows apache server....
