Hi,
I did not quite understand that with the override layouts in the documentation.
The changes in the files (for example, /layouts/cart/cart.php) will not work for me.
What should I do?

Hi,
From your screen capture, it should be work fine.
In your case, the layout /layouts/cart/cart.php will be displayed in the cart page not modal page.
