Good afternoon, I am writing to you why I need to know how to make sure that when someone makes a purchase the product is deducted from the inventory of the stock, because currently it does not deduct me from the inventory

Hi there,
From the back-end. Go to the MainMenu/Components/EasyShop/Configuration then find "Update stock when order status"
You need to config what're the order statuses which will be changed to tell the system updates the product stock.

thanks for answering,
Vastaria just by putting the status, for example I change it to created and automatically the product would be reduced from the inventory and if it reaches zero it would not be shown in the products to buy?

nothing, I have not been able to do that when buying the product inventory is lowered. I was going to attach some images for you to see how I had it configured to see if it was my mistake but this chat did not let me. Greetings from Venezuela
