Purchased items template missing

looking at the dates of the answered questions, all being over a year old, I feel like this will never get answered, but I will ask anyway. When a user purchases an item, it will show up om the "My Orders" page. the template for this seems to be missing so I cannot customize it. would you share with me where it is supposed to be at? I have found several missing template pages, I had to grab them from the install files and put them in the correct place.
