Introduce new our ticket support system was created by Rainy
Since EasyShop Shopping Cart component and the new version of our website released. We also released a new ticket support system that based on EasyShop addon.
To use the ticket system.
  1. Login to JoomTech with your valid account
  2. Find the My Account from the top navigation to manage your account
  3. Find the Tickets from the right navigation to see all your tickets or you can open a new ticket
P/s: You must to have least one paid order with least one our product to can get access in the tickets system for each products in that order.
