- I don't have PayPal account, how can I pay?
- PayPal allows you to pay with your credit cards without having to have a PayPal account. When you are in PayPal checkout page, click on link "Don't have a PayPal account" then fill in your credit card details there. There will be an option for you to create a new PayPal account, but that is not required.
- My account expired, how can I renew and reactivate my account?
- Your account will not expired. However you will not be able to access new releases, updates and support. To renew you just order a your new plan.
- My selected plan does not include some addons. Can I buy a single addon?
- Yes sure, you can buy any single addon from our site to expand features for your site.
- Can I resell your products?
- No. You are not permitted to use any of our products for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our team.
- How many domains can I install and use?
- You can install and use JoomTech's products with many domains. However support is only given to one of domains after we have received the first ticket from you.
- As a paid customer, how many questions/tickets can I ask/create?
- Unlimited. We love to assist you and we are here to help therefore we don't limit your questions/support tickets number.
