PayPal plugin not working properly was created by Stephan Römer
I've installed EasyShop 1.4.1 and the PayPal plugin 1.0.1. I don't know, if there's a later version!?

When I activate both, PayPal and offline payment plugins, there's an error with the cart, the modal will not show up. There was a fix for this a year ago for earlier versions of EasyShop. This fix is not longer working because there is a new version of the offline payment plugin.

Maybe the problem is caused by the old version of the PayPal plugin? When accessing the plugin in the Joomla backend I get the warning:

Declaration of PlgEasyshopPaymentPaypal::registerCustomerPaymentForm(ES\Order $order, stdClass $payment) should be compatible with ES\Plugin\Payment::registerCustomerPaymentForm(ES\Classes\Order $order, stdClass $payment) in /www/htdocs/w01a8da2/stephanroemer.de/plugins/easyshoppayment/paypal/paypal.php on line 0

So I think my version of PayPal plugin is outdated. Is there a newer one?

Besides that the payment status doesn't change to "paid" when an order is made and paid via PayPal. Ist there any solution to that?

Hello there,

Yes, your site is using the out of date plugins. If your account is not expired you can download a new version of PayPal otherwise you have to re-buy the PayPal plugin.

Best regards,
