Refund is requested within 7 days of purchase if our product is not functioning or displaying like we advertised, or either broken after installation. If the products have broken by any 3rd extensions, we will help you fix them after we received some support tickets from your valid membership account, this mean the refund is not acceptable.

The refund is not acceptable if you change your mind and want money back or you think the products don't suit your need (all of products have a free version available for you) or your webhost doesn’t meet the requirements of Joomla! and System Requirements of Joomtech .


After successfully receiving your payment, this means your membership account was accepted to download the products of subscription. Go to My Account and follow the download link to get any released products


JoomTech doesn't support for free products, the ticket support just was used for a membership account. All of the tickets are private (or they are published by us), so you just can see the ticket which was created by yourself. The tickets are well within a limit feature of products or you may be will have to pay for them. However, you don't have to worry about that problem, JoomTech always try to support for you with any issues and the paid tickets are very rare used
